Normally, but they gave him a billion each, so he’ll be polite about it for a couple weeks or so

Grey must mean they haven’t been invited? So probably just means Trump couldn’t name any African countries except Morocco and Egypt.
Trump could certainly name South Africa, where he likes to complain about white genocide.
Gray: too black
Green: not good at much, not very popular, hoping to get some free tanks. And happy to get invited to anything, really
Red: cool kids club. Not gonna go to loser party.
Orange: not as cool, but still don’t wanna go to the loser party. Willing to peak over the fence to take pics to cyberbully them later, though
Yellow: left on read
