Instead of unlocking a new row of feats every 5 levels, you will now be granted one Talent Point for each level you reach, to a maximum of 30 points at level 30.
Crossplay between PC-gamepass and steam has been a thing since patch#11 / June 28.
Also, crossplay between Xbox and PC should be available from day 1, although I can’t confirm this myself.
