He rode across Mongolia on horseback, he became a Buddhist monk and lived in a monestary for 2 years and I am.not even kidding was meditating under a waterfall when he realized this was no way to spend a life. Came to Canada and was a line cook for a while and now lives in Belgium. He’s a comrade and a very well read and worldly one at that. And omg, his soups were genuine magic potions. He gave me the recipes but they have to be made by him to get just right. But holy fuck…his soups were sooooooooo good. His paprika potato one instantly fixed hangovers with magic.
