Overturning Roe v. Wade and affirmative action in higher education had been leading goals of the conservative legal movement for decades.

Oh I absolutely voted in 2016 for the most viable candidate. I hope to see HRC and Trump sharing a cell.

Just curious, when did Hillary knowingly wave around a classified attack plan to journalists to show how powerful she was?

That’s a pretty weak rebuttal, they should probably both be in jail, and we need a not broken government.

Trumpers will proudly reply that the US are a republic, not a democracy, whatever that means. But yeah, there’s your problem.

The far bigger shame than killing these precedents is, that such important topics were not put into proper law in all that time. That such a fundamental right like abortion was only possible because of a precedent ruling is insane.

Wonderful news. Two great legal decisions.

This is why electing Trump was so important. He’s just awful, but Hillary’s SJC picks would’ve been a disaster.

Your desire to control other people and push your personal morals rooted in ignorance is indicative of the larger issue with America’s right-wing: they are far too stupid to be allowed to participate in democracy.
