Might need to create an official alt somewhere stabler, just in case. It’s just SDF has that special coolness factor to it.

I’ve been working on a multi-ROM, a hybrid multi-system cartridge/disk image. Mostly got DOS+MBR working except something is still going wrong in my BIOS disk reading code. The read succeeds, but the system hangs when the function returns. Really want to get that sorted because I want to get GameBoy code in there!
It’s a quarterly thing. I think the servers just need to rest for a while every now and then.

I just started reading The God of Small Things. It’s been on my list for a while. But I have to read so much for my work (I’m a math researcher), that I rarely have the energy to read fiction. Thanksgiving break gave me some free days, and I guess that worked out well.
OTOH, man, it’s sad to see SDF going down so frequently. Anyone has any recommendations for alts? I just want decent uptime, and lax federation policy. (I like to choose who I block.)
