I think Vimeo started leaning into this when they realized competing directly with YouTube was a losing game
You could use a porn site or look specifically into NSFW services.
A channel i used to watch kept getting banned from youtube for copyright violation so they started using xvideos in addition to dailymotion.
Self hosting is a great option. It gives you full control.
