if the shop doesn’t print it on veggies price tag, not much you can do. trying farmer’s market as a venue? the main suspicious produce which you should check are potatoes, tomatoes, avocados, dates and oranges, the rest are kinda minimal i believe (apparently garlic according to this post)

In the EU it’s mandatory for the store to inform about the country of origin either on the pricetag or with a sign but many stores stopped doing this with products from the zionist entity. You can always ask an employee though and they have to get their manager who should be able to find out.
