Honestly I’ve learnt this naturally because of my AuDHD, and that when I’m actually trying (which is very rare) I know how my body works and can plan (like the 90 minutes work, short break, repeat) somewhat, it’s just… maybe I’m a little too loose on what I do in some aspects? Maybe I just haven’t had time to ‘test’ it? I still am at school nowadays, and while before, I struggled to manage time due to… personal stressful reasons and so got agonizingly good at ‘keeping up’ with school work. Once I had to actually make my own plan and actually plan long-term, which is kinda now, the thought of ‘regaining time lost’ (in countless what I’d call ‘emergency burnout cramming measures’) is tempting and I’ve been doing it… But I’ve tried to also revert to a schedule I’d feel more productive in, and its been conflicting and… uh… yeah a struggle, and this is why 4 hrs should be default so I don’t have to think about it lol
TLDR: 4 hr workday cool, but I struggle in following it but hope to continue in it.
