Around the bottom two rows, look closely between the emoji, little slivers of yellow poking through. Appears to be a bug and not usual presentation

This looks like bad scaling actually. This is something that might end up being variable between different android versions and screen resolutions. This is why others on android see theirs as looking fine. And it lines up with the artifacts you are seeing. The artifacts look like blocky scaling of anti-aliased alpha channels to me. This is why some of the emoji appear to have slightly pointed heads. And this is why single yellow pixels appear in the corners of some.

There is poor scaling going on, and or screen resolution/pixel density is dictating a bad scaling factor producing artifacts.

This is why icons should be vector images, rendered into a bitmap for display only once the app knows the DPI and scaling
