Chocolate in the mix helps a lot. Does for me.
Not being funny. Chocolate and caffeine kicks my depression for a few. Sometimes enough to move and start getting past it. Lay off the sugar though! You’re quite fat enough!
I remember a call from the sales assistent when we shared the coffee machine with sales: “Mr. Treczoks, did you brew that coffee? Half the sales team is down with heart attacks!”
My reply: “If they can’t tolerate real coffee, they should stick to water.”
Yes, it was so strong that I hoped I’d make it to the toilet.
If I recall, it did last about four minutes!
