from what I remember from a previous leak article on The Intercept all of this US help was conditional on the removal of Imran Khan

  Please don’t frame it as " US help was conditional on the removal of Khan".
  
  Instead use “conditional on restoring DeMoCrAcY and FrEeDoM”
