      I had to look it up. Sounds like he wasn’t full blown MAGA cult level, but, he wasn’t ANTI fascist enough to stay in the surrealists club.

      Damnit. I liked his work.

        In 1935 Dalí wrote a letter to Breton suggesting that non-white races should be enslaved. “The domination or submission to slavery of all the coloured races” could be possible, Dalí wrote, “if all whites united fanatically”. He also insisted on the need for “human sacrifices”.
