To be fair, they’re not paying enough taxes to begin with.
The taxation of corporations should be done in a way which maximises their utility; not arbitrarily by the dumbest, or most criminally corrupt, of all humans.
In the absence of a perfect solution this imperfect one is better than nothing, regardless of who’s doing it, no?
