The Fiio DM13 is pretty cool and has really nice specs and compatibility with all sorts of headphones, even Bluetooth, but it’s quite pricey at about 150€. My suggestion for lower priced stuff would honestly be to go to aliexpress, check for something that matches your requirements (e.g. Bluetooth for Bluetooth headphones, battery life, format, etc.). I suspect that buying western brands will just be a rip off
