I’m sure the prisons are buddies with a lot of police departments. Stock is low? Ask for more.
The government tit is the best to suckle from. Schools all around me spend like MAD when the year is almost over because if they don’t spend it, their funding goes down.
I really think schools using funds is the least of our problems, and honestly it’s a really odd choice to bring up on a meme about for profit prisons.
Project funding going down if you don’t spend it is the case for many private companies, too.
