    Russian rulers don’t seem to care about the life of Russian civilians, so I’m really not surprised they also don’t care for non-Russian civilians. Kudo’s to HRW to make this story visual (making it more disturbing, but also more real (yes making this more real matters, because normal humans can’t imagine something like this just happens because normal humans don’t drop explosives on people walking to a bus stop for example)).
