A few months ago I was looking at the menu of a vietnamese restaurant on UberEats. Every description for every item was AI generated (it had a little disclaimer informing you of this). I wonder if the restaurant was even aware of this? Do they get a choice?
The descriptions listed ingredients. I feel like it could be a liability issue if the AI generated descriptions leaves off an ingredient that could be an allergen for someone.
That’s an insane use of AI. When will people realise that the machine is very good at coming up with things that sound true without any regard for what things are true?

If the people running the place couldn’t be fucked writing a single sentence to describe their dish, I’m ordering elsewhere.
Yeah, makes me wonder how much effort they put into the cooking…
Yep, I hate that. Like, I want to know if this sesame chicken comes with broccoli. I don’t care if generic sesame chicken does!
