I recently started to buy plain Greek yoghurt and frozen fruit separately and mix them together with a bit of mint for breakfast. The pre-mixed stuff made me ravenously hungry in an hour, this way, I can easily last until lunch.
Apparently the fruit at the bottom was the way it was started in the US because of some regulation regarding mixing stuff with dairy products

Hope this isn’t too interesting violating a rule here lol
They figured out a way to skip a manufacturing step and still get you pay for it by selling it as a feature! Genius!
Do you fully mix into a homogenous mass? Or do you prefer lightly stirring, so some spoonfuls are mostly yogurt, and some are mostly fruit?
Homogenous
I just get either plain or vanilla greek yogurt and throw in some frozen berries (I’m particular to the one with blueberries, blackberries and cherries) – it’s refreshing, you get some protein and relatively healthy. Moreso than ice cream anyway.
I like it unmixed, and I don’t mix it ever, I just eat it like a multi-layered type of thing.
Eat all the yogurt. Then eat all the jam.
With you providing the labour, does it cost less?
You wish! It costs more!
Speaking of dull, I just prefer homogenous flavors such as vanilla or honey.
Less preprocessed food. Excellent :p
