Donald Trump has privately complained that the Supreme Court justices he appointed have not sufficiently stood behind his agenda, according to multiple sources familiar with the conversations. But he has directed particular ire at Justice Amy Coney Barrett, his most recent appointee, one of the sources said.

The behind-closed-doors grievances have been wide-ranging, and while many have been about Barrett, Trump has also expressed frustration about Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, the sources familiar with the matter said. The complaints have gone on for at least a year, the sources said.

The president’s anger, sources said, has been fueled by allies on the right, who have told Trump privately that Barrett is “weak” and that her rulings have not been in line with how she presented herself in an interview before Trump nominated her to the bench in 2020.

      He didn’t hand pick them.

The heritage foundation hand picked them. They used him to get their ideologues on the bench. Now we’re seeing the real puppet masters.

Ironically it means his picks were actually a little bit decent because they are willing to stand up to him and for the law, even if its just a little bit. Still shitty but a very tiny bit decent.

That doesn’t mean they’re decent. It means they recognize that handing power to Trump reduces their own power, and they are ruling accordingly. At least thats the hope. We’ll see how long the Supreme Court keeps its “independence” when the orange fuck sicks his drooling brain dead followers on them.

They’re not decent, but I think some of them genuinely believe what they believe - as abhorrent as those beliefs are - and were specifically selected because those beliefs were useful at the time.

The “problem” is that they stayed where they were, ideologically speaking. Meanwhile, cult 45 came back, ripped out the Overton window, tucked it under one arm, and sprinted off to the right so fast that in Trump’s demented eyes, these judges look like they’ve exited stage left.

The Justices may be doing their own political calculus. Trump’s gone in four years, their job is for life, so long as they don’t dilute the role of the judiciary to the point they no longer matter.

Meh, these type of infighting doss not mean anything. Trump is a miser that exerts pressure by complaining about his underlings. The supreme court has done it’s job to undermine US democracy by letting a criminal run for president.

On the same note, Musk criticizing the BBB is also just Musk’s style of overly criticizing his employees when things don’t go his way. It is more of a disorientation tactic, the same chaotic energy that keeps producing meaningless news that overflow the working memory of adults. It’s all part of the routine.

Turns out they’re not quite corrupt enough for his taste.
