Treating them like regular people didn’t score 5 stars customer feedback. Kissing ass was what worked more consistently. This comment rings true Link

Dude I spite my corpo by never even bothering with a 5 star junk. Most of my managers hate me cause of it but tacking on ‘pls give me 5 stars uwu’ and the end of a transaction seems even less human than anything I wouldve said prior. Nowadays in work in a part of the store that doesn’t have a review on the receipt so its not a problem to me, but ive always seen word of mouth as a better source than any kind of review. So I’d rather give a genuine experience and hopefully have folk tell their friends about the nice gal that helped them or whatever.

But no apparently I’m doing it all wrong according to this guy were arguing with lol
