Isolation (physical, social or emotional) is often used to facilitate power and control over someone for an abusive purpose. This applies in many contexts such as workplace bullying,[1][2] elder abuse,[3][4] domestic abuse,[5][6] child abuse,[7][8] and cults.[9][10]

Isolation reduces the opportunity of the abused to be rescued or escape from the abuse. It also helps disorient the abused and makes the abused more dependent on the abuser. The degree of power and control over the abused is contingent upon the degree of their physical or emotional isolation.[11][12]

Inching closer to the capitalist reality where you don’t voluntarily buy things, people show up at your house with guns and force you to buy their goods.

nah, it’ll always be veiled behind a system of abstracted punishments for subversive, antisocial, and neglectful consumer habits, threatening exile from a position of comfort and privilege while promising reward for good behavior. that way it maintains the illusion of voluntary participation and meritocracy.

Even this complaint is getting stale now. But if you put this in a sci-fi dystopia people would dismiss it as too on the nose

$100 for 1m views??? Cheap asses. Ad payouts are all over the place, but one site I just checked has a minimum of 25 cents for 1000 views. Thats $250 for 1million views.

Why target their bounty when youtube will likely pay you double ~at minimum~ for the same ai slop.

Ah, but have you considered that a true slop connoisseur would simply double dip? all-my-apes-gone

porky-happy: “Isn’t this exciting? No more of the burden of “hanging out” or “going on dates” like some silly unproductive savage! That sentimentality is for stupid weaklings! Now the truly strong can be left to focus on what truly matters! Helping out their ol’ uncle pork with raising shareholder value! What’s the matter, lazy? Can’t handle a decent challenge?”

Who fucking ASKED for this? a-guy

What level of failed marketing is it when your adds looks like memes making fun of your products? For a second I legitimately thought this was an anti-ai-corporation meme.
