The original sin in the west is being born of brown/ black skin and/ or advocating for them as equals. The repression was coming anyways. Pacifist abolitionists tried to abolish slavery for a long time and in the end what actually ended it was violence.the pacifist abolitionists lost their lives a lot of the time in lynchings despite advocating for non violence.
