Ultimates by Deniz Camp is probably the most revolutionary and based comic in both the ultimate marvel line and DC Absolute comics, only Absolute Superman gets as based as it

It’s not a whole lot, but I think lot of smart people are stumbling into Marxism in 2025 because it is most likely the best way to make sense of this mess and find a way out of it.

If you can’t tell from my recent posts I am keeping a close eye on Traore and Burkina Faso rn. The empire is having a tricky time dealing with the contradictions of the Palestinian genocide right now as public opinion continues to decline.

Traore is gong to be another tricky one in the age of the internet. They can’t just take him out cause it seems the Burkinabe learned from Sankara and they also have the the attention of people across the continent. Their excuse for doing anything is going to be pretty flimsy, probably russia-baiting. I think invading Ukraine is gonna stick on the country for a while, but I wonder what’s gonna happen after putin is no longer in power.

Anyway, the propaganda won’t be able to hold forever. There will still be anti-communism ofc, but in the US it has been stifled so thoroughly and efficiently. Works just fine as long as the neoliberalism machine is running smoothly (1970- 2008), then the process of decay begins.

There’s quite a bit of it hidden about, even in non-recent media. Antz has an explicit line about the MoP, and I think it’s fair to interpret the film through the lens of class society and a story about fascism.

It’s also common to see WotWU parodied as a general allusion to rebellion.

I don’t really read comics, but isn’t Dr. Doom a villain?

I could totally see this turning into a “both radical sides are evil” message

Spider-man and X-men are probably the best in the way that they are pretty standalone and the intro text tells you all you new about the ultimate universe (a supervillain took over the world and made sure heroes didnt happened)

In Ult. Spider-man, He is a dad and becomes spider-man on his 30s. In Ult. X-men they are teens in japan, both are pretty good in my opinion.

For ultimates, if you want to know how the team forms you have to read the Ultimate Universe (2023) one shot

and for the origin of the Ultimate universe itself is Ultimate Invasion 1-4
