Not tonight, but the missus made me this crinkle pie to take to work for the big morning tea tomorrow.
It’s scrunched up filo, fig jam, brie, and egg and cream whipped together and poured over the top. And it’s like god shitting in your mouth!
I’m gonna have a go at making risotto in the rice cooker. It’ll be edible but may or may not be fantastic.

Note: I used a bog standard kambrook rice cooker.

I think chucking a bay leaf or 2 in when cooking (maybe not for the full 4 hrs, gotta pull it out) gives it something extra.
