The City of Victoria is launching a new pilot project that will allow residents to recycle a greater range of products – including flexible plastics, like chip bags – or small electronics, like laptops.

    I was really surprised at how difficult it is to recycle things here after moving here from Edmonton. I was expecting at least one place where I could drop off old electronics and whatnot, but there’s nothing.
