Discovery was done with masscan, measurements using hping and plotting with an old Python script I’ve revived and enhanced.

Whats annoying is the US gave incentives to deploy fiber but it did not really happen the way it was supposed to. I believe canada had similar. east coast should be blasting down fiber to the west coast and they should be more orange in both cases.
