I’m a Max fan, but seriously, that overtake should have everyone in awe. I can’t even comprehend how that worked.

Aston Martin’s race has completely come undone.
And they didn’t even have new tyres when they were given a safety car pit opportunity…
They did burn up a medium during quali.
This is again a race where Norris is reminding me of Bottas. So incredibly fast if he doesn’t have to overtake.

He’s not far off in his assesment to be fair. He is an incredibly unlucky driver. Monaco 2023 still haunts me.

Shame that the VSC killed what was otherwise shaping up to be surprisingly interesting with some split strategies. Fucks sake Haas.
Iny opinion it’s still interesting though. Might be less ‘fair’ but that has happened before and will happen again. Generally it evens out.
Hadjar driving the race of his life so far. Pit stops are generally done, and we’re in the latter half of the race and he’s in 5th. Hope he can at least fight off the Ferraris.

Yuki literally had one job today and he failed immediately. Let’s hope he can redeem himself.
Not a lot he could have done to prevent Piastri from going past that fast
He flubbed that corner to the point he lost DRS while Piastri still had it. Maybe Piastri could have done an overtake in the round after that by being smart. But Yuki just drove poorly there.
I don’t believe it, was that a fair overtake by Verstappen on lap 1??
