Maybe not hallucinations per se, but I feel like sensations can get amplified so much that they become indistinguishable from what they should be like. For example the “vibe” of a place, thought etc. isn’t something you usually feel very strongly, but it gets crazy intense for me when high. Also one time I had people straight up spawn in front of my eyes while walking down the road.
