Bans on transgender competition in sports tend to be controversial, with some even otherwise supportive people siding with such bans. I present the moderate case against doing so.

    I think one thing that is almost always missed in this conversation is that laws are not made to be fair. Most of them are made to restrict cool stuff for everyone because of a few shitty people. Being fair only sometimes happens by accident.

      this is true but absolutely not something most people believe, saying it is a good way to get most people to think you’re full of it if you’re trying to persuade them of something else
