So it’s official, Australia has been bloody hot. Records broken with Tassie and Melbourne recording the warmest overnight temps since records began. And we’re in for a warm enough winter too.
I mean I don’t mind winter mornings that are not very very cold, getting up at 3:30 is no fun at all in winter, but here’s hoping it’s not red hot in the daytime. Maybe we could get a dial sorted out.
And don’t get me started on the rain this weekend. Had a few things to do but didn’t do them. Watched some movies which made for some lazy times.
Oh I decided to watch the series “Lost” for the first time ever. Yeah bit late but I keep seeing good reviews about it so gave it a go. I watched six episodes and just can’t be bothered with it. What a load of nonsense. Sci Fi ! Where’s the Sci Fi. Anyway there’s plenty of other things to watch.
Have a lovely day.

Where have you been reading that? I’ve never seen it myself, but everything I’ve heard about it tells me it starts good but then goes way off the deep end later, partly because the creators loved “mystery box” storytelling where they set up a mystery without having any idea of the solution…which means there’s no ability to set up good hints to the answer for a satisfying resolution.
When I swipe right on my home screen lots of articles appear. If you read an article about say, U2 once you then get all manner of obscure shit about them. And so on.
Well I do read a fair bit about series and films, so I always get some reviews popping up. “Lost” often comes up, last week it was from a mob called “Collider” that pegged it at number 8 of the most intense Sci Fi shows ever. It pops up on Reddit recommendations a lot also. ( Jesus have I been put on some bum steers with recs about comedy movies from Reddit. ) So yeah it does keep popping up, and I simply couldn’t see the attraction.
I left a scathing one star review on IMDb too. Crock of shit.
