Dumplings!
Had a busy day off planned, so I chucked a half leg of lamb in the slow cooker early on. It’s been put in wraps with some salad, feta and garlic sauce and I got fancy and made my own gravy for some mini roast veg on the side.
A small serve of a simple chicken and vegie curry. Just made with some chicken I precooked and a bag of mixed frozen vegies. Easy.
