How long does it typically take for a bank transfer to go through? I am seeing some big variance in how long it takes to get those being credited. Almost feels like those are being processed manually?
I am currently considering to switch to credit card for faster processing, but I don’t want my payment to be visible to US companies.
Credit cards to avoid the US seeing your transactions? HAHAHA not gonna happen. Visa, MasterCard and Amex are all American and will share that information with whomever you don’t want to see it in America. Not even sure if credit cards exist that aren’t tied to america.
That said, best guess is 1-3 days for bank transfers of normal peon amounts. Rich have different rules, ie none… Banks typically have batches processed daily. Sending bank sends mo ey, closes batch. Receiving bank gets money, processes and waits for sending bank to close batch. Then they close their batch and apply funds after confirmation. Or something along those lines.
Please read my second sentence again. I think you missed the ‘but’ in there. I am aware that credit cards share too much data.
