I’ve had a problem with my mobile device and i’ve lost access to my two-factor verification app. I have created this account to be able to consult because I don’t know how I can proceed. Any help or advice? Who can I address? Thank you
Sorry to ask the obvious but, when you were setting up the authenticator app and applying it to your accounts, did you make a note of any of the recovery codes you were given incase you lost access to your authenticator?
I just activated it (and disable) in this new one with my new device and does not put any recovery codes anywhere.
Other services accounts do put it (and I kept them) or have a way to reset the login
What authenticator app are you using?
