Unrelated, but expected, there was a proudly displayed “Make america great again” red cap on the front, not visible because of the glass reflection. It is so weird how every owner of this kind of car I’ve seen has the exact personality I would expect. It’s just a car, and yet, it’s also a personality.
Anyway, there should be a sticker visible on the windshield right? If it is illegal is there a way to report it?
I realize now that I stupidly forgot to include the disabled sign in front of it. So I’m not sure that would be enough proof… Though you can still see the sign on the reflection of the super shiny metal (it’s also weird that I’ve never seen one of those dirty from off road driving).
I don’t know if you’re still on the spot, but I would get a picture that clearly shows the sign and let someone from Bunnings know. They should be able to contact whoever is in charge of the parking lot about it. And if not… Well.
When I went back it was gone.
I just wish I could punish this behavior. The sign was massive, there’s plenty of parking spots and there was enough space to park it properly. It just looks like people like this think they have special rights and don’t have to do a little extra effort.
Plus I personally hate this kind of people, but mainly because it really looks like it was intentional and he thinks he’s above other people needs.
Just leave a note under the windshield wipers that says “sorry about the damage to your car, but you shouldn’t have parked it like an asshole”.
They will be wondering the rest of the week what damage there is and where.
Just remember that deliberately slashing two tyres of someone else’s car is illegal.
It will also be detrimental to the environment if you damage the sidewalls.
Even if you deliberately only puncture the centre of the tread, so the tyres may be repairable it would still be a major inconvenience for the owner but would also be illegal.
Accidentally leaving a piece of plyboard or MDF board with some 2” nails through them behind the wheels is more of a grey legal area.

Thanks. I’ll make sure to not make some and not carry them with me so that I never accidentally drop it next time I see something like this again. I don’t know why I never thought of taking this extra care.
I have a bad habit of dropping boxes of screws, and it always seems to happen in parking lots, and I always seem to come up short on the retrieval :-/
