The god designs were pretty cool. The story was not for me.
I’m okay with that. It feels a bit too rushed and incomplete and open to be really satisfying as an ending in and of itself, but it works overall, and effectively says, “Now go read the LN.”
The LN is even shorter, honestly. The ending for the
LOLStar Maiden was also heavily toned down.
Hmm, if this was going to be the final chapter, then why setup the whole soul research thing to search for Emi? Weird chapter to an otherwise really fun and exciting manga.
There is an epilogue chapter coming out, I think.
Yeah, but epilogues aren’t usually used to finish up plotlines
Do not think the novel has Jim and the fired mage hook up to start a business, cute addition.
Does not feel too satisfying but that is probably my fault for reading the finished web novel ahead of the manga completion, wonder if epilogue chapter will help.
