    My April was kinda dogshit agony-minion but I still tried my best. I managed to make some progress this week:

    • Practiced meditation on 4 days in a row
    • Did some meal prep, made 9 vegan burritos and froze them. This is my first time making them and they came out great. I want to do this regularly now. It’s much healthier than what I usually ate for dinner.
    • Played the guitar in a weird ass tuning and came up with a new idea for a song

    Next week I want to continue meditating every weekday, go hiking with a friend and go running at least once solidarity
