Even Steven
Even Steven by marriage. My wife hates odd numbers. If I need 3 of something, I have to buy either 2 or 4. She hates we have an odd house number and zip code, but she’s luckily not autistic enough as to force us to move.
It depends. Plasma deck - Todd. Anything else pretty much - Steven. I feel like it’s a good early game mult option until you can get something better going
Odd Todd gives chips so generally Even Steven which gives mult will be better.

It depends what I need, but usually Steven is better.
If I’m desperate for a source of chips or need score right now and chips will help me do that, pick Todd, but otherwise the default should be Steven because XMult exists.
