I know nothing of the guy outside of being Deion’s son, never seen him play.
I looked him up and saw pictures of his $² logo.
I immediately thought that it was more about his brand and money than of the sport or team.
I could be wrong, and there may be something else that cost him, but that was a red flag. That might’ve worked with Deion in the 90s, but this is an NFL QB position where you are supposed to lead. Wait until after you get the job and prove yourself before you sell yourself.
The poor kid had no chance to be a decent humble person. He was raised and coached by Deion his entire life. He was always told he was the best, could do no wrong, and deserved as much money as possible. Anybody that tries to give him perspective is immediately attacked by the people around him that need him to keep making money.
He is a good QB. His best comp is Kyler Murray. Shifty, poised, cool under pressure, can run, got an arm, accurate, improvises well. Hangs onto the ball too long trying to make big plays. But, like poster below said, he’s too full of himself. Teams may have assessed that he isn’t coachable. What if the only man who can coach him is his dad?
Shedeur is going to be a day 3 pick! wow!
