It was a line they loved to use back in 2016.

“You can’t take him literally, but you have to take him seriously!”

I heard a fellow New Yorker swear that Trump’s dad had him working construction like a regular guy before giving him the money to get started. Trump has no idea how to hold a shovel.

The man has never worked an honest days work in his entire life, especially in manual labor. You can see he hasn’t been humbled with crippling body pain and low pay with no benefits. How his supporters think he identifies with them baffles me.

    They’re mostly just lying.

If anyone actually thinks it’s pure ignorance, I have some bad news for you.

Schrodinger’s Trump: Everything he says is both intended and a joke/meant something else/never happened until one of the choices becomes convenient.

Ergo, Trump is a drama feminazi, and therefore very progressive, he has the most progresses ever, you wouldn’t believe it. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

It is the same way they treat the Bible. Literally true except when they disagree.

Well then First Lady Trump should be more careful with their words, if they don’t want ‘Following the letter of the law’ to constantly turn into ‘Malicious compliance’.
