What do you mean running out? Depending on the source they are able to make 1-3 tanks per days (old Soviet tanks in good shape are all gone, but they still can restore some of the bad ones and they are making brand new ones). However they still have a lot of tanks in use, just that if they lose one they can’t replace it, but can be used.

Most other equipment they still have a lot of old soviet stocks that are in “change the oil and a few other minor things and go” condition. Depending on what equipment you are talking about though they are running to the end of that.

Well before they could replace 15 tanks a day and even more, now it’s 1 new + potentially a couple refurbished ones. The refurbished are in a totally disastrous state according to analysts like Perun (if I’m not mistaking, the guy counting tanks in storage). Other sources claim that they have no barrels left to repair the old tanks with, so they convert them to BTRs.

That’s “running out” of the enormous old soviet stockpiles if you want.

Soon BTRs are going to run out too, it’s already on a downward trend. With the lack they use civilian cars and trucks instead which we can see on the battlefield.

Russia is losing artillery at incredible rates as well. That’s the one I keep looking at to decline.

When those go down and stay down, it’s time for Ukraine to plan a major offensive. .
