    Part of this whole thing is we need far better transit. If we had easy to navigate and timely mass transit across all our neighborhoods then the parking issues would dramatically evaporate.

    But then that also means we need to get Hamilton county and then the state and feds to agree to it all. Pushing a boulder up a hill.

    I feel like from my reading the proposal isn’t objectively a bad thing- but like holy shit the opposition to this is a bunch of entitled NIMBYs

      Yeah everyone seems to want more housing in theory until it’s anywhere near them. Or at least they say they do.
