It’s possible to care about both at the same time. And it is an issue, a big issue, just bcz you aren’t trans doesn’t mean it’s not an issue.

I said ok…I am frustrated by the lack of (or uneffective) action against genociders and other forms of aggressive nazi governments forming. When they kill you or deport you to godknowswhere the trans issue won’t matter any more. And everyone “different” is being targeted all over. All is driven by ecconomy and earth stuff (climate, resources). I’m sorry I vented in a way that sounded like trans issue is irrelevant. People in general are being forced upon when they don’t fit the agenda.

WTF do you mean brother? The same people making list of palestinian immigrants are also making the list of trans people and autistic people. They are all going to end up in the gulag if we don’t stand up for each and every one of them. And then you are next. Stop being stupid.

to reiterate: our trans brothers and sisters are consistently the first they come after in a genocide. our belief that trans lives matter has to do with that we don’t support genocide. you are incredibly misinformed, or are acting in bad faith

Good to know that trans people losing rights in the UK isn’t a ‘real issue’ close to his own life and that it doesn’t have any knock on effect for cis and trans women’s safety. Thanks for making sure we are all aware of that fact.

It’s like this picture of a milkman walking through the bombed-out streets of London during the Blitz:

Yes, there’s a war on, but someone has to deliver the damn milk!

Every time I see shit like this, I’m reminded about the safety briefing on a plane before take off. Put the oxygen mask on yourself before helping others.

His sister being trans puts that issue ahead of the Gaza population. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about Gaza, but his own family is closer to his heart.

I care deeply for the plight of the Gaza population and the trans community, and many manynother communities, but my inlaws’ family are 1st generation immigrants to this country. That’s my number one issue I’m standing up for right now because it will directly affect me and mine.
