Gemini’s place as a preinstalled, default AI assistant on the Galaxy S25 came with a check attached.
I hope it was worth it. I use an S25 that just had Gemini forced onto it and now I will never buy another Samsung device. It has also inspired me to learn how to degoogle all my shit so Google will be losing whatever revenue they were getting from me too. Sadly I doubt enough people will do the same to send a message to either company, but it still felt good to cleanse myself of this assholery.
Well yeah, I’d hope they weren’t shoving it down everyone’s throats for a handshake and $10.

I’m okay with this if it means that Samsung will finally stop trying to shove Bixby down our throats.
