      I’ve had this once before at this vietnamese place I used to go to, I should go back some day I saw their menu had an updated vegan version with tofu tofu-cool instead of chicken chicken-bop

        oooh id love to have a place like that near me. also part of the reason thai curries are my fav food is that they’re easily made vegan and i loooooove tofu as the replacement

          Might need to try it myself first, I got everything I need for a curry just need to figure how I put the tofu in. Part of me wants me to air fry it before putting it in the sauce to give it more of a texture to bite into but I feel that might not be how they do it, idk if I get a job I will definitely try the place to see how they do it to copy.
