Know today is hard for a lot of people. I’m 9 or 10 days off opiates cold turkey, and while I managed to get 6ish hours of sleep after 48 hours awake, im still fucking sobbing on and off.

I’m mixed.
I’m going through a lot of feelings of low self-esteem, but also, I texted this woman and told her that she makes me smile. A lot.
And she does. And that is sometimes enough of an acknowledgment to overshadow any sense of darkness.
It is particularly hard right now. I appreciate the love! I’ve also been where you are regarding opiates and do not envy you having to do that again. Hopefully you’re almost through it.
