She was fired for having concerns about tesla execs ignoring safety issues and defects and threatened. Luckily She had previously recorded a meeting discussing of hundreds of safety issues that were ignored. She won the case and then won when tesla appealed.

She also says elon only worked at tesla every other Wednesday and its all BS that he was there sleeping on the factory floor etc.
