A few years back an old family friend of my parents who I always thought was really cool wanted me to create a video slideshow for the 80th birthday of her parents for them. For like the part about their adopted children she wanted to use this song, so I had to explain to her what this song is actually about (she didn’t speak English) and that it might not be appropriate musical material for a nice slideshow. She was completely aghast and couldn’t comprehend why one would make music like this.
