Croatia is already a weapons exporter, the only reason they don’t have a nuclear program already is because they know that in the event of a major war their loyal ally and longtime friend the United States of America, worldwide defender of freedom and democracy, will protect them.
If I had a cent fur every time I’ve heard “I don’t have nuclear weapons because the US promised to protect if Russia attacks” I would have a single cent, and I hope I don’t get any other.
