is it illegal-to-say to say YOU HOPE someone illegal-to-say, and not to say that you yourself want to do it?

also, being that elon isnt president, is it legal to say you wish you could illegal-to-say him?

    I’m pretty sure that yeah, suggesting that someone take the action of assassinating someone else does count as an actionable threat. I’m not sure if saying it with passive voice counts though, like saying “I hope he gets illegal-to-say.”
