Sounds rather like parking + no pavement = child unknowingly walking before parking vehicle
OH, so it’s not a problem with having a vehicle at rest in that space. The problem comes from a moving vehicle entering that space in any way in the first place.
Not any, thoughtless. You know, parking without checking if the space is clear or keeping focus on what is happening around.
